PASTEL DE FUENTE  CARNE VEGETAL  SOY+

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gr of SOY +

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 2 onions

  • 1 green onion

  • 3 eggs

  • 100 gr of olives

  • 2 kilos of potatoes

  • 200 gr of cream cheese

  • Spices to taste: salt, pepper, nutmeg.

PREPARATION

Peel and cut 2 kilos of potatoes. Boil them and then mash them.

Hydrate the soybeans with water and let them sit for 20 minutes if the water is cold or 10 minutes if it is hot water.

Chop the onion, bell pepper and green onion and sauté them in a pan.

Drain the soybeans and add them to the stir-fry along with the soy sauce.

I added the egg, the olives and don't forget to season.

With the puree and filling ready, assemble the cake by placing the soy filling on the bottom and the puree on top.

Finally, add cheese on top and cook until golden.
