How is TSP obtained?

The textured soy protein (TSP) is obtained from deffated soy flour with a high protein content. As TSP is dehydrated, it is easy to store and transport.

-It is an ingredient in the mixture of butter, cereal bars and other foods.

Microninez Soy Flour

From the defatted soy flour of high protein, it is obtained a product for the food industry, which is an excellent oportinity for its relation between low cost and high protein content. Once the micronized process is done, the particle reaches a maximun of 150 microns.
